THE SOLID BOOK COLLECTION CIRCLE | TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

By participating in the Solid Book Collection Circle (hereinafter referred to as
the “Project”), participants accept the following terms and conditions:


1. Participants grant to the Artist the right to use text -up to 150 words- in the form of a personal statement/writing and on the occasion of the title of each Book and as part of its content. They also consent to the use by the Artist of all or part of the text in any other presentations to the public and public events, exhibitions, on the websites of the Artist and its representatives and any relevant social networking networks, publications and press campaigns, in digital, printed or other visual form or in translation, excluding commercial purposes.


2. The Artist reserves the exclusive right to use the new overall work that will result from the submission of the texts, including the publication and/or reproduction of all or part of it.


3. Participants understand and agree that by submitting a text within the framework of the Project, the Artist is not bound or obliged to use the text, as well as that the Artist reserves the right not to accept and/or not to use any text submitted that includes illegal, threatening or abusive content, with sexual innuendo, pornographic or that includes nudity, excessive violence, untrue or misleading content, without being obliged to provide explanations.


4. Participants understand and accept that their text will bear the name or pseudonym that they declare in the application and that all rights to use the text as described above in condition 1, are granted to the Artist without being paid any remuneration or other rights for the text they submitted. Participants do not have or retain any financial claims against the Artist.


5. Participants under the age of 18 must submit the express written consent of their parent or guardian along with the text.


6. Participants promise and guarantee that the texts they submit are unique and original and are not based on or have not been reproduced from proprietary information or material of third parties, and that none of the submitted elements infringes any copyrights, patents, trade secrets or other intangible intellectual property rights of third parties.


7. Participants consent to the use of their personal data for the above purposes.
